Business Development Representative
NorMed is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding team who can cultivate new relationships, cycle through prospects, and is passionate and capable of driving market development in Denver or Portland, leveraging the quality of the NorMed's products and services to accelerate our growth and be successful. This is a ground floor opportunity to launch a new market!
You will play an important role in our mission to keep workplaces safer, healthier and more productive by closing business-to-business deals with medium to large companies in every industry. You will also enjoy the benefit of training through our robust on-boarding program, designed to help you succeed in your role and fully equip you with the selling skills to build a progressive and financially rewarding career.
Business Development Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Your primary focus is developing sales
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Team up with your Sales and Service Representative assigned to you to manage your accounts

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to spend up to 4 weeks in Seattle for training. In addition, you should be available for regular travel to Seattle. (all travel, lodging and meals are covered)
- Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- At least 5 years of applicable B2B sales experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)

Inside Sales
NorMed is currently hiring for an Inside Sales opportunity located at our headquarters in Tukwila, WA. This is the perfect position for someone who is competitive with strong written and verbal communication skills. The opportunity promises a supportive culture and a chance to grow within our company! You can work either full or part time based on your need / desire.
Inside Sales Job Responsibilities:
- Aggressively cycling / qualifying potential accounts that meet assigned territory parameters
- Growing / branching out within our current client base
- Meet sales growth objectives for existing accounts
- Staying in touch and building rapport with customers
- Order Processing
- Reporting and record keeping

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to build rapport, trust and confidence with current customers with ability to influence behavior
