Chest Seal
Chest seals are used for deep puncture wounds to the chest, neck, and abdomen to help prevent air from entering the chest cavity through the wound.

Hemostatic Gauze
To help manage catastrophic bleeding by quickly absorbing the water content of blood, allowing faster clotting.

Israeli Bandage
A specially designed first aid device that is used to help stop bleeding from hemorrhagic wounds caused by traumatic injuries in emergencies.

Locking Windlass Tourniquet
They are used when all other attempts to stop or slow bleeding have failed, and loss of life due to bleeding outweighs the loss of limb.

Rescue Blanket
To help prevent or treat shock by reducing bodily heat loss. It can also be used to help treat sucking chest wounds.

Nitrile Gloves
It is essential for maintaining effective treatment by reducing the probability of cross-contamination. One pair per victim should be used.

Scissors
Bleeding control kits should contain scissors that can easily cut through clothing and footwear to ensure treatment is delivered as quickly as possible.
